We will meet online for 3 months. Each call will break through the 4 pillars of business planning. The 4 pillars define every aspect of how a thriving business works.

My job is to guide you on every aspect of your business’s strategy. I’ll provide industry insight from my 16 years in the business of events. And, I’ll provide outside expertise also, having worked for companies like Deloitte and Coach.

  • Identify stronger pricing strategies
  • Test your pricing against your market and financial goals and test it against your market and your financial goals.

MODULE 4: Marketing & Promotional Strategy - Being More Visible . . .

  • Create a plan to attract your ideal client through social media, advertising, networking, press, and so on

MODULE 5: Operational Strategy . . .
