I’ve seen the magic that can come from collaborating with others. Working with a small group of 4 wedding or event professionals gives you an opportunity to peer into other business owners’ best practices. What’s working for them? What can you learn from their trials and tribulations? And, I will be there to guide you along the way.


How does it work?

Every week you’ll come together with your group (and me, Michelle) to explore a piece of your business strategy. Each call will break through the 4 pillars of business planning. The 4 pillars define every aspect of how a thriving business works. You’ll have assignments between calls, and the opportunity to get and give feedback.


Curriculum

This program follows a 12-week group curriculum. Your time and money are valuable. Create a smarter, more structured business strategy that helps you achieve more profits.

MODULE 1: Company Vision - Strengthen Your Core Foundation . . .

  • Identify your company’s core philosophy and create a strategy to strengthen your company culture and your branding.
  • Define current challenges and identify ways to move beyond them with goals and accountability.
  • Build off of strengths. Find solutions to weaknesses.
  • What do you want to be known for?

MODULE 2: Marketing Analysis - Learn How to Stand Out . . .

  • Identify how to stand out in a saturated market
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Identify key differences and/or niche
  • Learn how to communicate those differences during a sale
  • Learn how to hone in on your ideal client

MODULE 3: Marketing Analysis - Pricing Services & Products . . .

  • Analyze your pricing structure and presentation
  • Identify stronger pricing strategies
  • Test your pricing against your market and financial goals and test it against your market and your financial goals.

MODULE 4: Marketing & Promotional Strategy - Being More Visible . . .

  • Identify ways to stand out in your market
  • Explore creative ways to market your business
  • Create a plan to attract your ideal client through social media, advertising, networking, press, and so on

MODULE 5: Operational Strategy . . .

  • Decide whether additional growth means hiring additional personnel.
  • If short-term or long-term human resource growth is an important part of your strategy, create an organizational chart to plan the structure of your business.
  • Analyze procedures for sales, production, and hiring.
  • Review legal structures, insurance options, trademarking, and other operational safeguards for your business

MODULE 6: Financial Strategy . . .

  • Learn accounting terminology and tax basics.
  • Learn how to read financial reports to make intentional decisions for your business.
  • Identify your revenue streams and analyze profitability.
  • Create expense budgets.
  • Determine a sales quota for the upcoming 12-24 months.
  • Create a cash flow plan.
