How does it work?
- I’ll review your Profit & Loss Report. (Don’t use accounting software? You need a Money Plan or Quickbooks Plan.)
- I’ll interview you (via email) so that I can learn how your business works.
(This is where I dig into things like: pricing, your booking rates, conversion, ROI on advertising, and so on.) - I’ll put on my super-smart-ninja-auditor eyes and see what is working and what’s not.
- I’ll run some ‘what if’ scenarios to see where you can make more money!
