This winter, The People Plan will now be offered as a workshop! This workshop will teach wedding and event professionals how to hire, train, and manage their team of superstars.

- What do I need to do legally and from a tax standpoint?
- How do I find winners? How do I find loyal people?
- How do I get people to just ‘do the work’?

- How do I avoid an employee leaving me to start their own business?
