Working with a small group of 4 wedding or event professionals gives you an opportunity to peer into other business owners’ best practices. What’s working for them? What can you learn from their trials and tribulations? And, I will be there to guide you along the way.
How does it work?
Every week you’ll come together with your group (and me, Michelle) to explore a piece of your business strategy. Each call will break through the 4 pillars of business planning. The 4 pillars define every aspect of how a thriving business works. You’ll have assignments between calls, and the opportunity to get and give feedback.

- Identify how to stand out in a saturated market
- Identify new opportunities

- Learn how to communicate those differences during a sale
- Learn how to hone in on your ideal client
MODULE 3: Marketing Analysis - Pricing Services & Products . . .
- Analyze your pricing structure and presentation
- Identify stronger pricing strategies
- Test your pricing against your market and financial goals and test it against your market and your financial goals.
MODULE 4: Marketing & Promotional Strategy - Being More Visible . . .
- Identify ways to stand out in your market
- Explore creative ways to market your business
- Create a plan to attract your ideal client through social media, advertising, networking, press, and so on
MODULE 5: Operational Strategy . . .
- Decide whether additional growth means hiring additional personnel.
- If short-term or long-term human resource growth is an important part of your strategy, create an organizational chart to plan the structure of your business.
- Analyze procedures for sales, production, and hiring.
- Review legal structures, insurance options, trademarking, and other operational safeguards for your business
MODULE 6: Financial Strategy . . .
- Learn accounting terminology and tax basics.
- Learn how to read financial reports to make intentional decisions for your business.
