We wrote the first Action Plan in 2012 (and had previous versions dating back to 2010 in other formats.) We make a commitment to give you SOLID TOOLS (no fluff) to use in your business.

The Action Plan will help you in assessing what’s working in your business and building on those strengths. And, it will guide you in fixing what needs improvement.

How it works:

First, we ask that you take a look at 2015. What has been successful? What can you improve upon? This is the analysis phase of the Action Plan. Then we move onto envisioning the upcoming year. Where do you want to go in your business? What steps do you need to take to get there?

We break down the 2016 Action Plan into the elements of a business plan. (If you’ve attended The Simple Plan, or worked on The Simple Plan Exclusive with us, you’ll recognize our business planning approach.)
